Metabolic Assessment

We go deep into your health history, existing conditions, current eating and movement patterns, sleep quality, stress load, and any bloodwork you have available. This is not a form you fill out. It is a structured diagnostic conversation that tells us what is actually happening in your body and why your current approach isn't working. Most clients tell us the assessment helped them connect dots they hadn't been able to connect before bringing together everything their medical team had already identified, and showing how it fits as one picture

 Food Therapy Protocol

We don't give you a meal plan with calorie targets. We design a food therapy protocol what to eat, when to eat, and in what combinations based on how your body is currently responding to food. For someone with insulin resistance or PCOS, conditions that often share the same metabolic root, the protocol addresses that underlying driver directly. For someone with a thyroid condition, the inputs look different entirely. Same precision, different prescription

Structured Movement Architecture

Once your food protocol is in place, we layer in a structured movement programme calibrated to your specific condition. The type of exercise, the intensity, the sequence, and the timing all matter. For metabolic conditions, the wrong exercise at the wrong time can undo what your food protocol builds. We make sure that never happens.

PCOS and PCOD are fundamentally metabolic conditions — and they respond to metabolic intervention. The hormonal imbalance, irregular cycles, weight resistance, and fatigue that characterize them are all downstream effects of how the body is processing food, managing insulin, and carrying inflammatory load. The wrong advice cost me nine years.
That's why I'm here

"I come from a strong academic background and a well-established family with a path that pointed clearly toward astrophysics. Fitness was never the plan. It was a passion. I trained in mixed martial arts and wanted to take my physique further not leaner, but bigger. Bulkier. The kind of physical presence that commands a room. That ambition pushed me into the gym

What I found there wasn't guidance. It was misinformation, delivered with confidence.

A trainer at my gym instructed me to use the Roman Chair an apparatus built for lower back strengthening  as an abdominal exercise. Repeated, incorrect loading of my spine. I trusted the process. Over months, that single mistake compounded into a severe spinal disc herniation.

What followed was a decade of chronic pain. The loss of my path toward astrophysics. And eventually: major spinal surgery, implants, and years of rebuilding from the ground up.

That period didn't defeat me. It made me precise.

I learned what most people never discover until it's too late that fitness without science is guesswork, and guesswork in the human body carries consequences. One wrong method. One trusted shortcut. And years of your life pay the price.

That's the foundation of BMS. In an industry that runs on trends and incomplete information, I built a system on one principle: precision first, always. Structured protocols. Evidence-based methodology. Movement that respects biomechanics.
